This research addresses a legal analysis on the American 1957 film “ 12 Angry Men”. The judge asks the twelve-man jury to start deliberations, and to vindicate the defendant in case of the occurrence of any reasonable doubt.

Otherwise, the defendant must be declared guilty in case of absence of any reasonable doubt.

The case initially seems to be an open-and-shut one.

Therefore, an immediate vote of guilt arises by eleven jurors while Juror No.

8 exclusively objects to vote in a like manner. The main focus of the film is how the jurors find it so much difficult to reach a unanimous verdict.

The paper also cover the influence of this picture and the importance of the jury room for the jurors.

All of these undesirable elements that construct an unsuitable environment normally affect the process of deliberations and decision-making.

Also it shows the mechanism of selecting the jurors, their functions
