English Abstract

The emergence of wireless telecommunication, technologies, cell phones, internet, mobile applications, and social media contents has given rise to support mobile commerce applications.

Mobile business applications: marketing, advertising, customer services, payment, mobile B2B and B2C, and supply chain management are widely transferred to this paradigm.

Most mobile business users are forced to use their cell phones and mobile applications to conduct business transactions.

Producers are encouraged to support secured mobile services via the use of mobile agents.

In this paper we proposed a new mobile commerce model that integrates m-commerce applications and mobile agents.

We present some features, limitations, and future challenges concerning this model.

This model is to be considered as basis for development study researched by postgraduate students at Amman Arab University.
