Abstract EN

This is a comparative jurisprudential study.

The paper is based on the book The Islamic Legal Ruling of the Quran written by Sharaf al-Din Ali bin Abdullah bin Mahmoud al- Shifaki al-Shirazi which deals with the verses of the Islamic legal rulings from Surah al-Kahf until the end of Surat al- Hajj.

In Surat al-Kahf there are three verses of the Islamic legal rulings, and in Surah Taha, and in Surat al-Anbiya there is one Islamic legal ruling verse, in which there are eight verses of judgment.
