The last decades revealed great impact of the climate change on politics, especially foreign policy of several states.

Now states consider climate change, as a great security threat.

Because of its draining of national economy, such as causing a heavy destruction in infrastructure, and deteriorating the production system, in addition to the very coasting burden, in financing the restoration of several domains of economic activity.

The whole problem is that national security, for cited states as for the United States, is threaten as well inside the national territory, as well outside.

However a remarkable shift in subject of interest has shifted to introduce climate changes in the core of international relations studies.
