The idea of real estate conservation is ancient, it returns to the begining of humain civilizations, although it didn’t have the actual meaning ; i twas developped with the appearance of contractual formality and from which two kinds of real estate publicity systems were born , one in which the publicity is made according to persons name’s who are are the owners and rights in rem or what is called personal publicity that was frirstly appearing system however and for being enable of solving problems related to real estate a new systems was created by Sir Robert Torens this one was adopted by most of world countries like South africa countrie wich is called real publicity.
