The legislative assembled play an important role in the ratification of international agreements concluded by the executive power.

If comtemporary constitutions consider foreign affaires of domains reserved to the president of the state,it nevertheless have a set of agreements that requires to become so executive by the approval of the nation through its representatives.

In this context, approval of the national assemblies of international agreements of financial vocation has expressly noted the legislative power which have these assemblies in the financial field.

Given this reality we will try in this study to clarify the question concerning the ratification of the algerian parliament for international agreements with financial vocation and in accordance with what was contained in the constitution of 2016.
