Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the status of the application of modern management Olympic Committee Sudanese from the standpoint of the administrative committee personnel, The researchers used the descriptive analytical method, the study sample consisted of (30) members of the administrative personnel at the Sudanese Olympic committee, A questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data , the statistical packages (SPSS) was used for data processing.

The most important results are following: The status of the application of modern management in Sudanese Olympic Committee was weak for the following reasons: There is no organization group work in Sudanese Olympic Committee.

No relations with sports and government organizations.

- Sudanese Olympic Committee does not have the management capacity and the mental and intellectual skills.

Sports clubs and associations and institutions are not agree with the Sudanese Olympic Committee in treatment.
