The report give us an overall picture about the evolution of human rights since (50.000 years ) - (B-C) with its various kinds.

And how these rights are increased until present.

Coming to Algeria legislation if it is complied to the international legal system.

Especially in the case of the right of information and self expression.

Taking by consideration the law .n° (12/05) concerning the object of information and thus abstracting ,the miss legislation of Algeria in information through the international legal system.
