The act of revealing the insured responsibility is considered as a growing concern in real life that insurance companies are facing .challenging this problem ,modern insurance legislations had given it a high rate of interest.This problem has been ,mainly discussed in the domain of ninsuring against civil responsibility which is the out come of car accidents.

This study sheds a light on the content and the reasons behind preventing the insured from revealing thier responsibility and the lawful sanctions that result from breaking it down.
