Considering that the election campaign is the background of political communication that precede the elections .

The Algerian legislature has made arrangements to ensure equality between citizens and identifying ways of electioneering .This equality imposes the State to ensure to all candidates facilitations necessary for the implementation of the election campaign, and to prevent any overflow that may affect the principle of state neutrality.
