English Abstract

The highlight is important and necessary, how can society evolve and achieve human development there are significant numbers of its members don't know how to read and write.

Also, the low enrolment and deterioration in the quality of education is reflected in the high dropout rates, increase the gender gap, inadequate infrastructure, the education sector has witnessed significant deterioration due to the insufficient number of schools and the weak presence of the cessation of ء teaching staff, resulting in a lower level of education and the increasing phenomenon of school drop out So the researcher to explain to altnkloget knowledge and human development and future roles and curriculum and modern methods and search through the researcher concluded to 1-promote the education level in the country through the enrichment of curricula and teaching methods and highlighted weaknesses that impede the learning process.

2-Increased attention to retarded curriculum, through the provision of guidance and counselling programmes for education and opening schools for adolescents to adult education.

3-to improve the security situation in the country and which affect the educational process.

4-Action to combat school drop out cases and identify its causes and treatment.

5-awareness and culture on combating customs and traditions which deny women education.

6-the need for media and society scientifically and intellectually programme and educational aims to create a personal safe .

interest in technological education curriculum 7- 8-Technological activities in the development of creativity of students.

9-interest in syllabus content and special topics dealing with human development and peace and the ethics of science The researcher also illustrated some of the proposals; .local development and peaceful coexistence 1- 2- the Ministry of education to appoint a social and psychological supervisor at each school their social and psychological case study for students at risk of delinquency or drop out of school as a result of social and family problems such as poverty or family breakdown or neglect.
