The books of jurisprudence and origins of Islamic doctrine have a lot of legal judicatures and it does not let any of the aspects of easiness and rise the critical that in spite of the differences in a lot of them but this difference was the sing that has the most ability to uncover and shows the truth of the comprehensive Islamic aims which makes the religion of mercy and easiness.

The most important characteristic of the Islamic legalization absolute insistence to ease and rise the critical from the people and any legalization does not like this characteristic .

This research is a new attempt to show the truth of Islam and the role that the other doctrine in the frame of showing this truth through the Islamic judgments.
