The approach is considered as a framework of scientific research tools and an analytical structure that is taken as a basis to study the social and the political phenomenon.

It helps the researcher to come close to the studied phenomenon through a proposed structure or chart.

This latter shows how the researcher should coordinate the research and theoretical concepts.

Unlike theories, the approach is unable to interpret or predict but it is necessary to build theories since it is a tool that guides and direct the researcher to test assumptions and build theories
