Abstract EN

Today, it should answer a lot of questions and solution of complex problems on the way of the fourth phase of the Internet, which is called the Internet of Everything (IoE).

In addition to the processing of large data, their generation, security question, etc., there is a question about providing high performance and required quality of service.

By increasing the number of network connection and big data generation, increase the probability of congestion in the network.

This work proposes the method which dealing with congestion and considers impulse variation characteristics of network traffics.

The proposed method can be used to regulate the incoming traffic and avoid excessive traffic variation.

Thus it possible to avoid filling the buffer of intermediate devices and reduces the number of losing packets.

To overcome the major problem of traditional protocols in a computer network Proportional-Integral-plus-Derivative (PID) is used.

PID controller is adopted, to the discouragement of transition rate by queue window marginsto prevent any rapidly drop down in it.

Using the controller enables the ability to regulate a number of expected packets in the queue and based thereon take appropriate solution.

It should be noted that proposed mechanism is triggered after the first network congestion.At the end, MATLABsimulator used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed solution.
