English Abstract

This paper deals with the study of an important stage in the history of US-Australian relations in the Pacific Basin, it has been holding US-Australian interests in a dangerous period of periods of history, and after World War II.

No United States reconcile initially in the formation of the alliance in the Pacific Ocean has been wary of the Soviet Union, especially as it was the last SORT NATO so it did not take all the Australian demands seriously, for their part, politicians of Australia and in particular its foreign minister was not EVATT may He devoted his efforts to form any alliance and it seems that US assurances to protect Australia's international circumstances reassuring did not pay for the move in earnest for the establishment of the alliance includes Australia and the United States of America
