The aim of the research to identify the organizational climate prevailing in the School of Physical Education at the University of Soran In research procedures researcher used descriptive approach manner the survey as the best way to solve the problem of the research, the research community has included a number of students from the School of Physical Education in Soran University, research sample consisted of 60 male and female students.

To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the appropriate statistical methods.

In light of the presentation and discussion of results it was reached the following conclusions: -The calculated values of the central moral find the largest of the tabular values - Respect for the views of students makes them feel their importance and contributes to the creation of an effective regulatory environment - Positive organizational climate associated with the support of students and providing incentives for democracy, the environment and supporting new ideas for students The researcher recommended : -The need to provide adequate classrooms for students -To ensure the involvement of students in taking some decisions that are directly related to their work - Adoption of good ideas for students and employ them to serve the educational process – Development a spirit of excellence and creativity among students .
