Abstract EN

Building self-management scale for the players in the first division football clubs in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

Researcher has used the descriptive approach which is suitable for the nature of the research.

So the building sample of research is contain the players in first club football in the Kurdistan Region for the season (2013-2014).

The researcher used statistical methods: the arithmetic mean, standard deviation and test (t) of the samples and the coefficient of simple correlation and statistical analysis to calculate the discriminatory power and the internal consistency of the paragraphs of self-management scale.

The researcher reach to the following conclusion building self-management scale for the players in the first division football clubs in the Kurdistan Region The researcher recommended the following: adoption of self-management scale which prepare by the researcher to measure the self-management of football players .
