Abstract EN

Crisis is a phenomenon that has causes, elements and multiple aspects, and considered as threat to the continuation of the current structures, to consider it as unusual and unexpected very dangerous and fast situation with consecutive events, and for the best management of the crisis it’s necessary to know what should be done" before ", " during "and" after "the crisis", and responding to it with positive reaction, in form of plan or strategy that should be prepared in advance and carefully studied application by following several methods to be successful including negotiation, which appeared as a science-based and independent from modern sciences, which has emerged as a communications mechanism and a principal means of human security and to keep it in the midst of conflict and crisis caused by the disagreement of interest between two or more parties.

Through our study we will demonstrate the importance of negotiation as communications mechanism during the crisis, and focus on the role of collective negotiation in the crisis management that faced the collective labor relations in the institution.
