Abstract EN

The study of vertical cavity surface- emitting spin polarized quantum dot laser is carried-out using a six rate equations model that takes into account the effect of spin polarized injected carries on the laser dynamics.

The two spin-up and spin-down related polarized fields affected by the number of model parameters in different fashions.

Output ellipticity appears to be a new tool that can be used to assess the state of the laser i.e., steady, periodic, aperiodic or chaotic
