Physiology of sports training science in necessary for workers in the field of sports.
Evolution in the level of physical performance happens as a result of the physiological effects of training through which the body systems are adaptable as the body load located on the athlete during exercise lead to functional changes in the vital organs where rates of functional activity increase through which these devices can adapt to the physical loads, but these effects differ in varying degrees, depending on the bulletin used as a result of the physical loads on the components of the blood.
The research aims are : -Reveal the effect of Graded aerobic effort on some Blood salts (calcium, potassium, sodium ) before and after physical effort aerobic performance graded intensity.
The researcher hypothesized the existence of statistically significant differences in blood ingredients in blood salte (calcium,potassium,sodium) before and after physical effort antenna performance graded intensity.
The researcher has used the descriptive method due to its appropriateness.
The sample consisted of (11) students aging (18-21 years) representing first year of Physical Education Department- College of Basic Education/ University of Mosul.
the researchers has used test and measure to collect data.
The researcher has used the following statistical means: (ratio, mathematical means, standard deviation, variance factor ,t-test for two related groups).
After treating data statistically, the researcher has concluded the follwing : -Graded aerobic effort had tangible effect (tangible increase) in concentration of some blood salts (calcium , potassium, sodium ).
The researcher concluded: • The physical effort is constantly growing lead to higher Mlhaudha in calcium ion concentration, and in favor of telemetric.
-The physical effort is constantly growing and lead to a rise in Mlhaudha sodium ion concentration, and in favor of telemetric.
-The physical effort is constantly growing and lead to a rise in Mlhaudha potassium ion concentration, and in favor of telemetric.
The researcher has recommended : -The loss of fluids during the process of physical effort, which affects respectively on the concentrations of blood salts ratios requires fluid intake continuously and regularly in order to maintain the ratio of the concentration of mineral salts in the body.
-Paying attention to coaches and players functional and biochemical tests to evaluate the state of training -conduct a study similar to the variables under study, but the females.
