Sector of small and medium enterprises in Algeria has given great interest by the state، though it does not live up to his counterparts in the countries of the world as our neighbors، Tunisia and Morocco، and this is attributed mainly to the many problems faced by them especially the problem of funding.

We will try through this research to shed light on the reality of this sector by addressing the following points: - population of sector's enterprises and their distribution on sectors of activity - Government funding mechanism for small and medium enterprises in Algeria
