Abstract EN

This article aims to use the verification tool to determine the knowledge of the secondary school teachers about their competence in teaching the subject of food treatment and preservation by irradiation .It also aims to determine the correlation coefficient and the extent of the link between factors to reach positive attitudes towards food irradiation.

This can change their beliefs on the safety of food treated by radiation as they can influence the education quality provided to students and increase their information, and thus educate students and their families about the benefits of using radiation in food preservation.
