Abstract EN
The study aims to assess the human resources of the Algerian's Football Federation within the overall quality concept regarding the performance of the management board of the Algerian's Football Federation, the continuing enhancement of the activities, the programs, and the policies of the Federation, the information system used by the administration also the education and the training for the departments heads and administrators of football in clubs and the participation of the boards’ heads of football and administrators.
The researcher tries through this study to answer questions related to the objectives under study.
The selected research community consisting of 128 members from the professional boards’ heads and administrators of football in the sports clubs belonging to football federation.
A sample of 64 members was selected representing all the categories board head's, the team managers and the administrators.
The researcher designed a survey questionnaire to evaluate the staff opinions, the seconded agents who belong to the football clubs, the questionnaire was submitted to the experts , the scientific treatments has been carried out (the judges validity – the internal coordination validity- the stability) The questionnaire has been applied in the period of (16/12/2012 to 14/04/2013) In the high light of the study results, the researcher recommended: - The commitment and persuasion of the federation’s administration council with the overall quality philosophy.
- The obligation of setting the standard measures to clarify the achieved aims.
- The training of the boards’ heads and the clubs administrators.
