The industry of Islamic checks financing is considered among the innovative resolutions available to the countries in an attempt to absorb the liquidity surplus.

It is also a mean to execute several infrastructural projects that need usually huge amounts of capital, and it is by then permissible to finance its budget by other channels away from the traditional ones, bonds issuing and monetary supply.

This experience went into the foreign markets as regards to its advantages not offered by other financing channels ; do not forget its large acceptance by population.

What are the major shortcomings facing the development of this industry in the Arab countries ? -What is the reality of the Islamic Checks in the Arab countries ? What are the main challenges that confront this industry ?
