استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغط النفسي المهني لدى الأطباء المناوبين ليلا : دراسة وصفية تحليلية بمستشفى قايس (خنشلة-الجزائر)‎

Abstract EN

This study aimes to appoint the used strategies by doctors who are working under the regime of night shifts for coping the psychoprofessional pressure on them.

The study sample has consisted of 43 general doctors at Kais Hospital (Algeria).The researcher has used a Questionnaire of reducing the psycho-professional stress which consists of four dimensions (physical strategies, emotive, cognitive, and social).

The results showed that strategies of confronting the psycho-professional stress are limited between the overall non use to the use sometimes, but the surrogate which is related with the use has got the lowest rates ; and the results of the opened question, the doctors are inclined to use some strategies for coping which we can consider as negative habits.
