English Abstract

The issue of war had become dominant in our world today and that requires from researchers to deal with its minute details.

This research tackles one of the war parts which is the rights of wars injured in the Islamic Law and the International Humanitarian Law.

This study investigates the concept of war injured in the language and terminology and the injured rights during battles whether they are enemies or tyrannical Muslims.

The results of the research show the magnificence of the Islamic Law in dealing with the disabled injured during and after the war, and that the war injured must receive humanitarian treatment.

The International Humanitarian Law corresponds with the Islamic Law in the inadmissibility of killing the injured who cannot fight.
