English Abstract

The research topic covers one of the important topics that directly touch our daily lives as it is considered to hold a human manner.

The topic title is “ The role of the international security council in implementing the principles of the international human law.

The first section of this researches track the conceptual values of the international human law and the international organisations responsibilities toward its bylaws.

The second section covers the mechanism of the security council in applying the principles of the international human law.

The third section shows the shortcomings of the international security council in protecting the principles of the international human law.

The fourth section shows the consequences of these shortcoming, and propose ways of reforms.
