Abstract EN

This research, entiled: (Islamic Juriprudence as Model for Environmental Protection), attempt to account for Islamic notions related to the field of caring for the environment.

It begins with defining some rules of fiqh, especially rules against harming the environment: stating the rules of fiqh and denoting their meaning.

This research has chosen two rules; they are: (no harming, no oppressing).

The second one goes as the following harming is prohibited, is deduced from certain rules of fiqh related with caring of environment in Islam.

All in all, the research clarifies some of the solutions to pressing problems of today’s environment from an Islamic point of view
