Refereeing in soccer is considered an essential element in building advance soccer level.

The problem of the research lies the lack of organized training units for developing the referees' physical abilities.

The research aimed at preparing special exercises on certified 3rd class referees and identifying the effect of these exercises on the development of soccer referees' physical abilities.

The researchers hypothesized statistical differences between pre and posttest in some physical abilities in favor of post tests of the experimental group.

The researchers used the experimental method.

The subjects were (20) 3rd class referees.

The results showed great development in the referees' physical abilities after using the proposed exercise.
