English Abstract

This study aimed to formulate a vision proposed for the development of postgraduate studies as input to meet the requirements of the knowledge economy, the researcher used to answer the study questions one of the methods the future based on the philosophical basis through the identification of the most important requirements of the knowledge economy, and the credentials General to develop postgraduate studies, and that after reviewing the nature of the studies High in the Palestinian universities.

The study came in four axes, so that took fourth axis, a pilot of the Ministry of Education (National College of Higher Studies and Scientific Research), explaining the benefits expected from this project.
