English Abstract
This study was carried out to investigate the ability of applying a mobile learning system in academic and educational institutions and how such a system would be beneficial for the learners and the teachers.
In this paper, a design of a mobile learning system is introduced ; the services and features that make such a system interactive, available and useful for the maximum number of students are discussed in depth.
In addition, some related technical issues are discussed and presented.
