Abstract EN

This study aimed at recognizing the role of small projects in motivating woman participation in growing local communities in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In order to achieve the aims of the study, the research developed a questionnaire “The role of small projects in motivating the woman participation to grow local communities in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia”.

The questionnaire, which consisted of (24) items, was distributed on three domains: the economic domain, social domain and the psychological Affective domain.

The population of the study consisted of all the women who benefited from small projects programs.

They were (94) women, according to statistics of Entrepreneurship Institute of opened projects for courses ( 1, 2 ,3) of the second semester of the academic year 1436/1437.

The sample of the study consisted of (78) benefited women.

They were chosen using available random sample and represented (82.98%) of the population.

The result of the study showed that the Psychological and Affective domain got the first class with a mean of (4.09), and standard deviation of (0.75).

There were no statistically significant differences among means of estimations of the study sample participants for all places of small projects in motivating women participation to grow local communities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia due to age.

In light of the findings of the study, the researchers recommend the following: The support of private sectors and investors for women small projects to increase and motivate the income of local products.

The owners of small projects of low level of education are subjected to managerial and financial training programs that relevant for each project.
