Islamic jurisprudence occupy a wide place in the Islamic system because it is related to lives of people and their daily work, the most important subjects of jurisprudence is the financial transactions, because they are directly related to the lives of Muslims to become accepted by God the important kind of sales is (selling by auction), one of the sales that people may know since the time of the Prophet (s) to the present day, but we did find some people doing this type of sales on the basis opposed to the principles of Sharia, which underscores the necessity of commitment to truth and honesty and not to cheat on the subject of interaction between the subjects among themselves(Nagh) which is forbidden, and collusion with the buyer to stop the increase in the price of the auction to lay him invaluable less, so I saw to write about this subject through the statement of the views of jurisprudences in different doctrines, compared to Iraqi law
