Abstract EN

The study aimed at assessing the quality of academic programs from Undergraduate Students perspectives (Third and Fourth Year students) at Yarmouk University.

An instrument consists of (72) Likert scale items was distributed to a sample of (400) students.

Results showed a moderate quality of the academic programs at Yarmouk University from students' point of views.

Also, the results showed that there is significant differences in students rating of the quality of academic programs based on students' college, the humanity colleges have higher level compared with the scientific colleges.

The study recommended the necessity of improving the nature of supporting academic services provided by the university, and raising the services in order to achieve the students’ requirements.

Furthermore, the current study recommended the need for enhancing study plans to meet the students expectations.
