English Abstract

The contribution deals with the problem of designing a control system for time-delayed nonlinear systems under many sources of disturbance via Deadbeat methodology.

Necessary conditions for control system stability, reference tracking and disturbance attenuation are derived.

The proposed procedure uses ripple-free deadbeat approach with control structure having two feedback controllers.

The deadbeat tracking formulation is based on a polynomial approach (Diophantine equations) and a time domain approach.

Nonlinear system is stabilized, linearized and controlled in time domain by nonlinear design tools, then the settling time of the approximated system which depend on the minimum order solution of diophantine equations is minimized.

The new controller is applied on magnetic ball levitation CE 152 as a case study for nonlinear systems.

MATLAB software is used to simulate designed controller.
