English Abstract

The right of return for Palestinian refugees considered one of the most important Palestinian constants, which cannot be waived, and the researchers shed light on this right from a legal and historical aspects besides future vision of the reality of its conflict with the Jews.

Furthermore, the researchers highlighted that the refugees have been displaced and expelled and deported by force and aggression, and presented Palestine as a legacy endowment to the nation over successive generations, which prevents it to be sold, traded or waived.

Additionally, the conflict with the Jews over Palestine is not a border conflict, but a conflict of existence.

The researchers figured out legitimate and realistic indicators and auspicious indicate the achievement of returning the refugees.

One of the realistic indicators is keeping the Palestinian refugees their document ownership of their orchards and homes and keep the keys and bequeath them to their children and grandchildren.

Moreover, the Islamic Anthem and singing in the Palestinian folklore that assure their right of return, as Muslims stuck to that through the global march of Jerusalem and international conferences, and through commemorating the Land Day and the Nakba to keep it in the minds of generations throughout the ages, and the inability of the Jews in the wars in Alforqan and shale stones in the elimination of the resistance and the Palestinian people in Gaza.

The researchers explained editors attributes of Palestine to return the refugees to their homes and the elements to achieve hoping to return through praying to Allah, and internal unity and scientific and technological excellence and adhere to the option of jihad and resistance as a means to realize the hopes and aspirations of the Palestinian people.
