Abstract EN

One of the reasons of the global financial crisis is the rapid financial growth until its value doubles the value of the real economy.

The causality runs from weak relationship between the rate of growth of the financial sector and the rate of growth of the real economy in capitalist economies.

Accordingly, the most important means to avoid and to reduce such crisis is to restore the relationship between them.

This research underlines the policies and tools of Islamic economics establishing the link that avoids weak relationship between financial sector and the real economy and their negative impacts.

The main research findings include: • Among the main causes of financial crisis is the rapid growth of financial sector over the real economy.

• In the capitalist economy, there are several factors diluted the relationship between the financial economy and the real economy.

• Islamic economics underpins several factors that combine the financial economy to the real economy preventing their discrete growth • In Islamic economics, the growth of financial sector reflects the growth of the real economy, which reduces financial and economic crisis.

• Global attention has given by researchers and decision-makers especially in the Western educational institutions to benefit from Islamic economics principles and values that addresses the prevention of financial crisis.
