Abstract EN

One of most important issues in Islamic jurisprudence (Figh) that associates with the reality of Muslims’ lives is the rule of jewelry Zakat.

You can’t imagine women without jewelry, especially the ones that are made from gold and silver which is related to multiple Islamic jurisprudence (Figh) rules; the essential rule of them all is Zakat of jewelry.

Who surfs old and contemporary Scholar’s books he will find considerable dispute between them on this issue.

Some of them believe it is not obligatory to pay zakat for jewelry that are made from gold and silver, and some of them believe it is obligatory, and other say that the Zakat for jewelry is loaning them to other people and so forth of other sayings.

This research comes to cast light on this issue by tracking the sayings of the scholars and their evidences, through a returning to the jurisprudence sources and Reliable Hadith.

At the end the researcher with choose one of the sayings(rule) that he will prove that it is the most correct one after thoroughly discussing all the sayings (rules) them and present the necessary evidence.
