The study aims to identify : 1.The effect of special exercised by Aids in some physiological variables (Systolic blood pressure, Diastolic blood pressure , Heart rate , the number of breathing , sugar, hemoglobin, ,Vital capacity ,red blood cells , white blood cells ) of Volleyball players .

2.The effect of special exercised by Aids on developing the kinetic abilities of smash and Bulwark of Volleyball Players .

3.The effect of special exercised by Aids on developing the performance of Smash and Bulwark of volleyball players.

The two researchers studies the physiological variables and kinetic abilities of the two skills of technical performance of Smash and Bulwark .

The two researchers identified the research community of Volleyball players of Kufa club.

The sample was selected by the deliberate method and consisted of all Volleyball players in Kufa club .

The two researchers put the various devices and tools and selected the statistical means to process data .

The two researchers showed , analyzed and discussed the data .
