Arabic Abstract

تبدلت أساليب التحقيق المستخدمة من قبل جهاز المخابرات الإسرائيلي في السنوات الأخيرة، لكن هذا التبدل لم يمس جوهر عملية التحقيق، و التي تعمل على إخضاع المناضل من خلال كسر حالة العداء لدى المناضل و كسر إرادته.

هذا التحول على صعيد الآليات، و تحولات أخرى في المجال السياسي الفلسطيني صاحبه تحول على صعيد سبل المواجهة في التحقيق من قبل المناضلين الفلسطينيين. يثير البحث تساؤلات حول أبعاد المواجهة في زنازين التحقيق و الأسباب التي تدعو المناضلين للصمود، و هل بقيت هذه الأسباب أيدولوجية تنظيمية مثل السابق أم أن هناك عوامل اجتماعية و نفسية تداخلت مع العوامل الأيدولوجية و إعادة موضعة قيمها داخل المجتمع بحيث تصبح تشمل الصمود كقيمة اجتماعية و ليس فقط كقيمة أيدولوجية. هذه التساؤلات فتحت على البحث أبواب أساليب التحقيق و ذلك من أجل فهم كيف تعمل ؟ و كيف تؤثر في المناضل ؟ و كيف يمكن مواجهتها ؟. اعتمدت منهجية البحث بشكل أساسي على مقابلات معمقة مع مناضلين فلسطينيين خاضوا تجربة التحقيق في السنوات الست الأخيرة، إضافة إلى مراجعة أدبيات التحقيق حول الأساليب و كيفية مواجهتها تاريخياً. هذه المنهجية في البحث شكلت عامل مهم في الخروج بإطار تحليلي جديد لفهم الصمود داخل التحقيق يعتمد بشكل أساسي على تجارب المناضلين المشاركين في البحث و على تجارب المجتمع المحيط فيه، و يركز على الأبعاد الاجتماعية و النفسية للتحقيق. و أيضاً استعاد البحث العديد من المؤلفات حول التحقيق و التي أصدرتها فصائل المقاومة الفلسطينية إضافة إلى أدبيات عربية و عالمية تناولت السجن و التحقيق كمحطة نوعية في حياة الفرد. توصل البحث إلى نتائج خلاصتها التراجع على صعيد الأيدولوجيا أفضى مساحة لأن يصبح للمجتمع و العائلة و الأصدقاء و ما تعكسه من علاقات دورا مهما في مسألة المواجهة.

عوضاً عن مسار التحقيق والخلفية الاجتماعية للأسير و طبائعه الشخصية و ديناميات عملها الداخلية من سجايا و خصال تشكل بمجملها الموقف النهائي في التحقيق. من جهة أخرى لا تتوقف آثار التحقيق عند حدود التحقيق بينما تتعدى ذلك لترافق الأسير بعد التحقيق في حياته الاجتماعية، و تنعكس على مجمل العلاقات الاجتماعية للمناضل، حيث تعاد ولادة المناضل من جديد بعد إنجاز التحقيق بالنجاح أو بالفشل. هذه العوامل الاجتماعية و النفسية التي تعيد النظر في فهم التحقيق من منطلقات جديدة غير أيدولوجية بشكل أساسي، يجعلنا نفكر و نقف أمام تساؤل كيف يمكن الاستفادة من هذه النتائج و جعلها تخدم مشروع التحرر الفلسطيني.

English Abstract

Despite the transformations on the interrogation techniques employed by the Israeli Intelligence Agency in recent years, the substance of the interrogation process still works on subjugating the struggler through breaking the condition of hostility and the will of the struggler.

The transformation on interrogation techniques as well as other political transformations were accompanied by transformations on the confrontation techniques by Palestinian strugglers.

The current research poses questions concerning different aspects of the confrontation in the interrogation cells and the factors that enable the strugglers to practice sumud.

It asks if these factors are ideological, psychological, or social, and how these factors intersect.

In order to deal with these questions, the research considers the interrogation techniques, their working, their impact on the struggler, and how they are confronted.

The research methodology is based mainly on in-depth interviews with Palestinian strugglers who experienced the interrogation during the last six years, in addition to reviewing the literature on the interrogation techniques and its confrontation.

The research resulted in developing an analytical framework for understanding sumud in the interrogation based on the experiences of the participants and their surrounded community.

This framework focuses on the psychosocial aspects of the interrogation.

The main findings of the research illustrate that the retreat on the ideological level had opened the space for the community, family, and friends to play a central role in the confrontation.

In addition, the interrogation proceedings and the sociological background of the struggler, as well as the personality traits and the personality dynamics, all determine the results of the interrogation.

Further, the ramifications of the interrogation experience accompany the struggler after the interrogation and shape the social life and the social relations of the struggler.

The understanding of the psychosocial aspects and their role in the interrogation experience open the question concerning the possibility of employing the research findings in the Palestinian liberation project.
