Abstract EN

This research deals with the precautions that must be taken during computer network Attacks .

This issue raise different questions concerning the applicability of the laws of International Humanitarian law .Such as the precautions that must be taken by those.

Who are planning or executing the CNA ? Are the commanders or other superiors responsible for the acts of their subordinates in conducting CNA ? All these questions have been discussed throughout this research and the conclusion is that despite the newness of the technology of CNA , legal constraints apply to it , and it should be undertaken in a way which respects existing law and its related principles .
