Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to analyze and evaluateing the eclect method for teaching English language in the basic level schools.

Research populatinconsiste of language teachers in Gadarif state and (62) teachers were randomly chosen as reseach sample.

The researcher used the descriptive approach, the questionnaire for data collection and the spss software program data analysis.

The most important results are:Anumber of teaching methods is used in the basic school among which is the Eclect method .

Spine syllabas hasbeneffed from the ecleticmethed in writing development .

Teaching aide is also used for writing devolopmed .

The most important recommendations are: To improve the teaching methods in the basic level .To involve modern technology in the teaching learning process.

To envent further techninques to support teaching of English language.
