Islamic microfinance is a vital tool in the alleviation of poverty and is increasingly viewed as an alternative to conventional microfinance.

Scaling up Islamic microfinance initiatives, especially in Muslim countries can play a pivotal role in the eradication of poverty and has the full potential of raising the standard of living for the masses.

The certified Islamic microfinance professional (CIMP) e-learning course focuses on building all of the necessary skillset for learners in this course to gain an advanced level of knowledge about the Islamic microfinance system, prevailing Islamic financial products, and the operational standards and practices underpinning institutions of Islamic Microfinance.
