this research deal with the subject of “learing disabilities in the pupils of the first educational episode in the basic stage from the teachers point of view (a field study in the governmental schools in khartoum locality –unit of Khartoum east ).

The research aimed to uncover the learing disabilities at both of its academic and sdeveopmental kinds, as well as to highlight on the importance of the early recoghition of the learing disabilities among pupils of the first educational episode through the teachers notices to uncover to what extent does the teacher of the learing disabilities, to uncover how its widespread among the pupils of the first episode in the governmental basic shools in Khartoum locality-administrative unit of Khartoum east.the researchers adopted the descriptive analytical methodology ,also used the questionnaire as a tool consisted of (38) expression, where the study sample consisted of male and femal teachers, following the statistical treatments through the statistical package for social sciences (spss).

The most important results of the study as follows: The general characteristic of the learing disabilities according to the research tool is characterized as high.

There are no statistical significant differences in the recognition of learning disabilities among teachers due to the experience variable.

There are no significant statistical differences in the recognition of the learning disabilities among teachers to be attributed to the educational qualification variable.

The most important recommendations: -to allocate special education teacher in each governmental school.

To give teachers in general and teachers of the first episode in particular training courses in the learning disabilities domain.

to separate pupils with learning disabilities from the less group academic obtainment who do not exerting the required effort.

The most important suggestions: to achieve training program targeting the teachers training on how to carry out a scientific measurement that determines the learning disabilities among pupils.

to carry out studies on the awareness the pupils guardian of learning disabilities .

to make a developmental program for the learning techniques for children of learning disabilities .
