Congenital laryngeal cysts are uncommon cause of neonatal stridor.
They are usually located at the supraglottis.
Congenital laryngeal cysts of the vocal cord and subglottis are extremely rare with only few cases being reported in the literature.
Herein, we describe 2 cases of congenital laryngeal cysts of the vocal cord and the subglottis respectively
