A developer has initiated a project of freehold property construction, which is supposed to be sold to end buyers after completion. The developer seeks finance from an Islamic bank to meet the costs of completion of the remaining phases of the development. Can a Shariah compliant structure be used in order to finance the requirements of the developer ?
