That children are hearing impaired suffering from depression due to the loss of a means to communicate with others as they feel the difference from the others because they do not understand them and getting this case, when the deaf child when living with parents suffering from deafness and the inability to express their feelings as others do more than their behaviors neuroticism and weakness unbalance emotional and extravagant in daydreams and characterized his behavior also rigidity and contraction and doubt everything going on around him, making it the careful reluctant than others makes it all deaf child tend to withdraw from society, which reduces the chances of the acquisition of the necessary social experiences that help social integration and makes him feel lonely and isolated Social Therefore current research targeted the following 1.

Identify the psychological defense mechanisms of the hearing-impaired students 2.

to identify the differences in psychological defense mechanisms according to the type variable (Males – females) The current research is limited to students with disabilities enrolled and ongoing acoustically always in the auditory handicap Institutes (deaf and dumb) and both sexes (males - females) and for the academic year 2015-2016, and amounted to sample the current (202) male and female pupils of the hearing-impaired, and to achieve the goals of the current search researcher who drafted the measure of me has adopted (2006) after he extracted his honesty, fortitude and after the application of the scale on the research sample and analyze data emerged search results as follows 1.

The presence of four defensive mechanisms function is the daydream, and negative and reincarnation and hearing-impaired students 2.

There were no statistically significant differences between males and females in the psychological defense mechanisms.

Based on the results the researcher has developed a number of recommendations and suggestions
