English Abstract
This research aims at analyzing metarepresentational uses in Her Majesty Queen Rania of Jordan Brainy Quotes from discourse analysis perspectives.
It includes a corpus of 13 brainy quotes for Queen Rania.
The quotes were selected randomly.
This study involves one research instrument that is a textual analysis based on Fairclough (1989) method of Critical Discourse Analysis.
The findings indicated that the researcher found that they are full of persuasive strategies adopted by her Majesty.
Also, the findings indicate that Her Majesty was very creative in choosing words and metaphors in order to convince the audience with her ideas and attitudes.
That is, the semantic content of the words forces the audience to think of the current situation and to get them participate and interact to change it.
This research recommends that further research be conducted to investigate other types of dialogues
