This study seeks to address the topic: ending charitable waqf through a field study of the Foundation endowment contemporary, the Awqaf and Minors Affairs Government of Dubai, and the basic idea or problem that consideration of this study is to determine the meaning of charitable waqf , which rents allocated to the point of righteousness, - WAQF for the poor or mosques or hospitals - and what are the main reasons that often lead to end the moratorium charity such as non- ability of the beholder or [organization ] to take advantage of it for the benefit of the suspended them, or that the proceeds limited and low, is not sufficient for the purpose for which proceeded from him, or the presence of external challenges prevented, or for the reason that proceeds is continuously exposed to risk or loss.

This problem requires the researcher to address the most important means and methods that help preserve these assets Endowment charity, through the perspective Legislative Method , endowments financial low if it is in the bank and stand specified , or the allocation of Fund financing to activate endowments broken, or leveraged from the proceeds of the endowments other for the reconstruction of Charity Endowment inactivated , or look to change the purpose of the moratorium for another purpose more feasible in achieving rents , such as being dedicated to the mosque to be converted into a building due to its business, or borrowing from the state treasury to support charitable endowments broken or benefit from the formula replace the endowment, and the end of the study the legality of the extent of violation of the requirement to maintain standing out stay of transience , through field studies and practical situations.
