Assalamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh, I want to buy a house Inshalah , there is an Islamic association that can buy the house with applying Shar?ah , but my problem is I have to pay a percent which is around 40,000 $ (which I don?t have and no one would loan me this amount of money ) and I can?t benefit from this solution unless it is through them. My question is can I buy the house directly through the bank (Mortgge) ? With knowing that I have an apartment in Lebanon but not finished and my husband works here and we are settled here.
